VideoVerse is seeking a Strategy Associate to join our core team. As an integral member of this team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the product team to drive strategic initiatives that create impactful, compelling experiences for our global user base. In this role, you will focus on analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of business strategies that fuel VideoVerse's core platform, which spans multiple markets and regions. About the products:

Magnifi, is an AI-powered enterprise product that automatically detects key moments in video content, enabling real-time creation of highlights and short-form videos. With a global presence, Magnifi collaborates with various industries, including OTT platforms, sports broadcasters, and e-gaming platforms. Their vision is to empower users to create and share impactful stories across digital platforms with ease. Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, Magnifi's leadership team is dedicated to leveraging AI for simplified video editing. The company has made notable acquisitions and received recognition for its contributions to the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work experience of 3+years in a relevant role (top-tier consulting or strategy experience at a startup
• Is committed and takes end to end ownership of problems coming their way
• Has an analytical mindset and comfortable with analyzing industry reports and conducting secondary research
• Can evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Desired skills and experience:

• An MBA from a reputed institution, offering a strong foundation in business strategy, finance, and market analysis.
• Strong proficiency in research & analytical thinking and data interpretation, with the ability to break down complex problems, identify key insights, and apply a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and BI software is a plus, enabling the candidate to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
