  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including full-time and contractual employees.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll activities, including verifying time and attendance records, deductions, and adjustments, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and deduction information.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with payroll-related regulations.
  • Train and support managers and supervisors in conducting effective performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion of reviews and documentation.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the performance management process.
  • Assist with HR tasks and responsibilities as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll and performance management.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and performance management.
  • Preferred experience in managing payroll activities on Razorpay and ADP.
  • Good to have experience in managing payroll for international locations.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
