Videoverse is looking for SDE 1 Full Stack role to join the Magnifi Team. Ideal candidate should have strong knowledge Javascript, Typescript, React, Nodejs, Expressjs or equivalent web frameworks as well as experience building single-page web application with strong interest towards learning new technologies

Magnifi is an AI-powered enterprise product that automatically detects key moments in video content, enabling the real-time creation of highlights and short-form videos. Roles and - Ability to code new features with best practices and team-defined conventions. Identifies and effectively debugs problems from first principles.

• Identifies and questions missed use cases and edge cases in the requirements. Delivers consistently good quality work.
• Understands the customer mindset during the implementation of the feature.
• Reacts and resolves customer issues proactively.
• Takes ownership, not only for the deliverables but also the business results.
• Mentors individuals in an ad-hoc way, supports new hires, and conveys institutional knowledge to Learn, Collaborate and Grow.
• Keep stakeholders informed of all critical decisions.
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience building Web apps on the MERN stack
• Proficiency in any mainstream programming language and interest in using Javascript, Typescript, Python, ReactJS, Nodejs.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture, experience with WebSockets is a plus.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and exposure to relational or NoSQL databases
• Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol and its nuances.
• You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
• The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment is a must. Open-source contribution is a plus.
• A keen intuition for well-designed software and beautiful, usable interfaces
• Intrinsic motivation and the drive to solve difficult problems
