Job Description
We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Consultant to join our team and support projects for Brazilian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in WorkForce Software solutions and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support WorkForce Software solutions for clients in Brazil
- Knowlodge in Ordinance 671
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
- Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with WorkForce Software (WFS)
- Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Required Certifications:
- PT101
- PT102
Nice to Have:
- PT103 certification
- Spanish language skills
