Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Project Manager with expertise in Public Cloud implementations. The role involves managing end-to-end SAP projects, coordinating with functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from planning to go-live.
Coordinate with functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, etc.), technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
Ensure successful execution of Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology.
Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Ensure delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
Requirements
Required Skills
Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
Good understanding of SAP functional modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
Strong knowledge of business process transformation and SAP best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience
10–15 years of experience in SAP consulting, with 5+ years in SAP project management roles.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP / SAP Activate certification is a plus.
