About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in machine learning—especially large language models (LLMs)—to help build intelligent, scalable, and user-friendly applications. In this role, you’ll work across the stack, from designing intuitive front-end experiences to developing robust back-end systems and integrating cutting-edge ML models into production.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn complex problems into elegant, AI-powered policy and government intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Build, integrate, and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (e.g., GPT-style models, open-source LLMs)
  • Deploy ML-powered features into production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for data processing and model inference
  • Collaborate on system architecture and technical decision-making
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Monitor, debug, and improve applications and ML pipelines in production
  • Stay current with advances in ML, LLMs, and full-stack development best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
  • Solid backend experience with technologies such as Python, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning concepts and workflows
  • Practical experience working with large language models (training, fine-tuning, prompting, or integration via APIs)
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with databases SQL and NoSQL/document stores
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker preferred)
