About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in machine learning—especially large language models (LLMs)—to help build intelligent, scalable, and user-friendly applications. In this role, you’ll work across the stack, from designing intuitive front-end experiences to developing robust back-end systems and integrating cutting-edge ML models into production.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn complex problems into elegant, AI-powered policy and government intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Build, integrate, and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (e.g., GPT-style models, open-source LLMs)
- Deploy ML-powered features into production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for data processing and model inference
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical decision-making
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Monitor, debug, and improve applications and ML pipelines in production
- Stay current with advances in ML, LLMs, and full-stack development best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Solid backend experience with technologies such as Python, or similar
- Hands-on experience with machine learning concepts and workflows
- Practical experience working with large language models (training, fine-tuning, prompting, or integration via APIs)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with databases SQL and NoSQL/document stores
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker preferred)
