About the Role :
Job Title: Systems & Operations Associate (General IT + Automation)
Location: Pune, India
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Sibros is a lean, fast-moving team and we keep internal operations lightweight and practical. This role is built for a curious generalist who wants broad exposure and real ownership. You will help employees stay productive day-to-day, keep our core tools and systems running smoothly, and improve how we operate by simplifying workflows and automating repetitive work.
You will work across internal support, SaaS platforms, access management, device and hardware tracking, vendor coordination, and process improvements. A big part of the job is finding friction points in how we operate (onboarding, access requests, inventory tracking, internal requests, approvals, reporting) and making them cleaner, faster, and more scalable using a mix of common sense, good documentation, and modern tools including AI automation.
This is not a traditional IT administrator role and we do not run heavy infrastructure. We want someone who is willing to do a little bit of everything, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and follows through. If you like solving messy problems, making systems feel “easy,” and being the person who makes things work better every week, you’ll do well here.
What you’ll do:
Automation and Process Improvement
- Identify repetitive workflows and streamline or automate them
- Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards using spreadsheets, no-code tools, and basic scripting (you can learn on the job)
- Experiment with AI automations to improve onboarding, internal requests, reporting, documentation, and team productivity
- Document processes so work is repeatable and scalable
SaaS Tools and Access Management
- Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts and access across key tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Jira, etc.)
- Maintain user groups, permissions, tool hygiene, and access consistency
- Assist with periodic access reviews and basic security cleanup work (with guidance from leadership)
Employee Tech Enablement
- Set up, deploy, and maintain laptops and shared devices (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- Prepare devices and access for new hires and support offboarding returns
- Install and configure software, manage updates, and handle basic troubleshooting
- Maintain internal device inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Hardware and Vendor Management
- Track internal hardware, shared devices, and loaner equipment across teams and locations
- Coordinate shipments, returns, and inventory updates with Operations and Accounting
- Improve tracking tools and workflows to increase visibility and reporting quality
- Manage vendors related to workplace technology and tooling (device suppliers, service providers, IT support partners)
Office Network & Workplace Tech (Lightweight)
- Help troubleshoot basic office network issues (we use Ubiquiti) and coordinate with external support when needed
- Support Wi-Fi, VPN, conferencing setups, and shared office tech
- Keep IT procedures and internal documentation current as systems evolve
What you should know
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 2-3+ years experience in IT support, operations, technical coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small projects at once
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and working independently
- Clear written and verbal communicator who closes loops and documents work
- Practical problem-solver with good judgment and attention to detail
- Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, willing to do whatever needs doing
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Apps Script, basic scripting, etc.)
- Experience building simple internal tools (Airtable, Retool, Notion databases, Google Sheets workflows)
- Familiarity with device management concepts (MDM, endpoint tooling, inventory systems)
What We Offer:
- You will work with an awesome team where work culture is built to help you grow and have sense of full responsibility and accountability on a daily basis
- You will have opportunities to work with industry veterans and high profile OEM customers in the connected vehicle technology space
- Competitive and generous total compensation package
- Flexible vacation and paid time off. You’re the best person to decide when you need time off. Our flexible vacation policy puts you in control.
- Team events and off-sites.
- Budget for online courses, books, and conferences.
- Employee wellness programs to support self-care and overall wellness.
