Position Overview

Reviver is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. As a Graphic Designer at Reviver, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing graphic assets for various marketing and sales support initiatives. Your work will span across both traditional and digital/social channels, helping us communicate our brand message effectively and captivate our target audience.

Responsibilities & Key Duties

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create traditional and digital/social graphic designs aligned with our corporate strategy and marketing plans.
  • Communicate cohesive stories visually, maintaining authenticity to our brand and including clear calls to action through your graphic designs.
  • Create visually stunning and engaging digital designs that tell compelling stories and captivate our target audience.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all B2C and B2B marketing touchpoints, adhering to brand and campaign-specific guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure that all designs are on-brief, on-brand, and meet KPI goals.
  • Bring fresh and innovative design ideas that align with Reviver's brand standards and position us as industry leaders.
  • Conceptualize and create designs for various channels/platforms, producing assets with visual and messaging variations according to specifications.
  • Provide direction to freelance design resources when necessary.
  • Layout and produce marketing materials such as brochures, white papers, and lead generation/nurture materials.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, with a preference for experience in premium consumer brands, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Have a genuine passion for digital creative arts and storytelling, with a love for cars being a strong plus.
  • Strong creative, graphic design, and layout skills, with knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software for Mac, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, KeyShot, or other 3D rendering/visualization software is a plus.
  • Experience creating impactful graphics for traditional and digital/social channels, with the ability to produce assets according to channel/platform-specific specifications.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including file naming and asset management. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Wrike is a bonus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of traditional and digital/social work, including illustrations, graphics, animations, and more.
  • Optional but preferred skills in sketch art and photography.
  • Experience with generative AI graphic content creation is a plus.
