We offer competitive pay and great benefits for our employees.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for end users regarding hardware, software, and systems. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for all Reviver users in person, via Teams, or TeamViewer. Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding of users and setting up accounts in various systems. Tracking and responding to all tickets submitted through JIRA. Assist with cyber security training and defense and the administration of Endpoint Management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Provide support for end users technical issues including computer hardware, various applications including those in the Office Suite, external devices, and information systems.
  • Thoroughly onboard all new hires which includes building all accounts, configuring hardware specific to their role, setting up their hardware in cubicles/offices, and assisting the user with setting up their accounts.
  • Offboard all employees and document the removed access in a Jira ticketing system.
  • Provide basic network troubleshooting for Cisco Meraki WAPs and switches.
  • Assist in administration and configuration of MDM systems including Kandji for Mac and Intune for PC.
  • Monitor Antivirus to ensure user endpoints are protected and manage hardware assets.
  • Provide support for our call center and sales team by troubleshooting issues in our CRM and VoIP systems.
  • Assist with educating users about safe computer practices by enforcing Cyber Security training.
  • Document basic IT protocols and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications And Education RequirementsRequired skills/Abilities:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT Support role.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Teams scheduling.
  • Experience working with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Understand basic network troubleshooting.
  • Worked in an environment that involves supporting customers/end users.
  • Critical thinking and teamwork skills.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in relevant course study (experience can substitute for education)
  • A+ certification is a plus
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
  • Candidates must be able to support operations outside normal business hours
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas may be required. There may be a need to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information.
