Building analysis and creating ROI campaigns via Microsoft Access and Excel. Ordering data and updating ROI templates. Assisting with data hygiene and improvements. Using various platforms to extract and analysis member/client first party data and provide strategy and insights for future campaigns while analyzing current campaigns. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track-record of excellence in roles requiring using data and analytics to derive insights. Digital marketing and technology are dynamic and evolve rapidly; the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to change is critical to success in this position. This position is 100% remote and yearly compensation range is $45k - $55k, determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Create and provide reports both internally and externally to aid in the target marketing of print and digital campaigns
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Provide list suppression, merge/purge, and appending services for mailing and emailing campaigns.
- Use the results from a print and/or digital campaign to provide insights for future mailings.
- Provide post campaign strategy and insights to align with client on budget recommendations.
- Analyze all internal reports to ensure data integrity and that best practices are being met.
- Align with client and internal Client Services team on business strategy and client KPI’s.
- Coordinate with departments to develop the best processes and practices to ensure that customer requirements are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Understand departmental needs with respect to workflow processes, procedures, and deadlines.
- Stay current with developments in online advertising, advertising technology and online media.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Join tables, understand first party data and extract data using SQL.
- Work with the Engineering team and assisting with data hygiene and data mining.
- Work with client facing and internal platforms to ensure data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field and 1-2 years of experience in data/analytics or computer science
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required and experience for Microsoft Access is preferred.
Excel Capabilities:
o Proficient in formulas
o Vlookup, if, then statements, sums, averages
o Formatting functions: sort, filter, tables
o Macros, pivot tables, use of Kutools
o Ability to manipulate large data files
Access Capabilities:
o Ability to create tables
o Ability to create and manipulate queries, create make tables, create reports
o Understanding of relationships within access.
- Experience with SQL and UNIX/LINUX/Command Line is Preferred
- Familiarity with client management software, such as Salesforce, DOMO, Snowflake and Monday.com.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
Work Conditions:
- Overtime may be required in order to meet project deadlines
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
