Overview:

ROR Partners is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our expanding Client Services team. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships as well as managing campaigns internally and on behalf of the client. This client facing position is 100% remote, and salary range is $70k - $80k determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel of assigned client(s)
  • Communicate campaign details to client for approvals and to summarize performance
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings including materials required for the discussion
  • Manage project/campaigns, from start to finish utilizing internal campaign management software
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are deployed on time and on budget
  • Manage campaign set up and daily monitoring within social, search, display and email platforms
  • Create and maintain a high level of cooperation and communication across teams
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in agency client services
  • 1-2 years of digital agency or digital advertising in-house (preferred)
  • Role requires understanding with digital marketing and paid media platforms
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
  • Understanding of the marketing landscape, specifically within Fitness and closely related industries is desirable
  • Savvy – Adept at developing partnerships with other departments
  • Able to work independently and mentor junior team members
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, related client industries, and ROR capabilities
  • Adept at problem-solving and understanding what should be escalated to leadership
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing expectations to drive results and continue to solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentations
  • Working, recent knowledge of digital and applicable industry benchmark KPIs
