This is a Consultative Sales Position
The Admissions Advisor (AA) is the first point of contact and first impression that prospective students will have of QuickStart. This person needs to have a desire to help make a difference in people’s lives. Admissions Advisors will take incoming calls and make outbound calls to/from prospective students. The AA plays a vital role in advising and assisting students with the selection and pursuance of IT Bootcamps. It is the AA’s responsibility to accurately assess the students’ needs and educate them on QuickStart’s bootcamp programs and requirements. The goal is to come to a mutually beneficial decision and enroll them into the bootcamp that best fits their needs and career objectives. Adherence to company policies and procedures is a must and is crucial to follow the interview script and deliver value.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:
· Meeting/exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
· Obtaining monthly referrals
· Maintaining accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
· Follow-up on all leads and questions using the follow-up process (calls, texts, emails)
· Maintain honesty and professionalism
· Provide outstanding service and assistance to all prospective students
· Ensure zero error rate in data gathering and entry
· Meet/exceed value selling expectations
· Maintain CRM database in an organized, error-free manner

Minimum Knowledge and Experience
· Positive attitude is a must
· Professional level of written and verbal communication
· Effective negotiation and motivation techniques. Ability to be influential
· Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
· Manage time effectively
· Degree preferred
· 4+ years of Admissions/Qualitative Sales experience
· Pipeline management/lead nurturing experience
· Able to work evenings and some weekends
· Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions
