Job Locations: US (Remote)

As a Product Marketing Manager with QuickStart, you will support the marketing efforts for our online IT training products, driving growth and engagement within our target audience. Your role will involve executing strategic marketing plans, crafting compelling messaging, and collaborating closely with the marketing team as well as cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our offerings. While prior experience in the edtech industry is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong background in product marketing and a passion for transforming education through technology.


Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Partner with the product team to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the online IT training sector.
    • Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position our products and drive user acquisition and retention.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Define clear and compelling value propositions for our training offerings, highlighting their unique benefits and advantages.
    • Crafting engaging messaging and positioning strategies tailored to resonate with our B2C and B2B audiences of potential individual learners, and enterprise and government organizations.
  3. Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches and feature releases.
    • Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of go-to-market strategies that leverage digital marketing channels, content marketing, and targeted campaigns.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Partner with the content marketing manager to create, execute and track performance of impactful marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
  5. Sales Enablement and Support:
    • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to effectively promote and sell our online training products.
    • Collaborate with the product team to develop sales training materials and presentations to educate sales representatives on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  6. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to advise on optimization of marketing strategies, improvement of user engagement, and conversion.


Requirements

Qualifications:


Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the edtech industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Passion for education, technology, and innovation, with a desire to make a positive impact on the future of learning.
