Job Locations: Karachi, Pakistan

Functional Department: Professional

Working hours: 12 pm to 9 pm Pakistan time

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

· Develop processes to acquire Request for Proposals with sales team.

· Prepare/write proposals, ensuring the response meets the requirements stated in the RFP.

· Act as liaison for gathering information and resolving issues prior to submission and coordinate final deliverables.

· Maintain database/calendar to ensure RFP is submitted in timely manner.

· Writes blogs on a weekly basis.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

· MBA (Management) degree preferred.


· 5 years working in a highly organized administrative environment focused on process management and responses.

· Advanced writing, proofreading and editing skills.

· Ability to multitask and change direction in ever changing environment.

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

· Strong communication including verbal and presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology systems related to teaching.
