Need a fresh start toward an inspiring career?

We are a company that believes you can 10x your career and skill set here because we have done so ourselves - the proof is in the pudding!

Our founding team started their careers in the heart of the service industry, working tirelessly providing for both their families and their customers, all while going to school and pursuing new opportunities. Like so many others, they were feeling undervalued, underappreciated and underpaid… until… *BAM* they realized they had all the power within themselves to do something about it in a BIG way.

At Edge, our Mission is to continue to accelerate the world’s transition toward income equality.

We have already helped 5k+ companies and their 110k+ employees serve over 67 million customers, generate over 3 million online reviews, and earn over $4 million in cash rewards! We are talking the talk AND walking the walk, and now we are in need of some LuckyAF and Tenacious humans to join us!

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take real ownership of key initiatives to help push our product and platform forward. You’ll work directly with the founders, engineers, designers, and go-to-market folks to answer three simple but hard questions, over and over:

  • What should we build next?

  • Why does it matter to customers and to the business?

  • Did it actually work?

This isn’t a “feed the feature factory” job. It’s a mix of discovery, decision-making, and getting things over the line with a small team. If you like messy problems, fast feedback, and having your fingerprints all over the product, you’ll probably like it here.

What the Role entails

  • Turn scattered feedback, tickets, and notes into a simple view of “what could unlock the most value.”

  • Own key initiatives end-to-end: from first sketchy idea through launch and follow-up, collaborating and operating closely with designers and engineers along the way

  • Help triage issues, especially when they’re impacting customers or sales, and make the tough calls on what gets fixed now vs. later.

  • Define what “success” means for your work—adoption, completion, time saved, revenue impact, fewer support tickets, etc.

  • Work with analytics to track usage and spot patterns: where people get stuck, where they drop off, what’s surprisingly popular, etc.

  • Share what you’re seeing—good or bad—and suggest what we should change next.

  • Work with sales and customer success to make sure new features and changes are actually understood and used, not just “launched.”

  • Contribute to release notes, internal FAQs, and demo stories so the whole company knows what’s new and how to talk about it.

  • Help set up just enough processes for a small team: simple planning, clear priorities, and regular check-ins that don’t feel like ceremony.

  • Bring opinions, but also be willing to change your mind when new information shows up.

What Success Looks Like in Your First Year

  • You’ve become one of the people others go to when they want to understand our customers and where the product is heading.

  • You’ve led several meaningful releases that we can point to and say, “That changed something important”—a metric moved, deals got easier, or customers stopped complaining about X.

  • Design and engineering feel that work is collaborative and also well scoped and less chaotic because you’re providing relevant context and making sound decisions.

About You

  • You’ve spent 2+ years as a Product Manager (or very similar role) building and shipping software.

  • You’ve worked on B2B products before and understand that buyers, admins, and end users sometimes want different things.

  • You’re comfortable talking to customers directly—even when they’re unhappy—and can turn those conversations into clear follow-ups for the team.

  • You’re not a data scientist, but you’re at ease digging into product analytics or basic queries to test a hunch.

  • You like working closely with engineers and designers, and you respect that they bring their own expertise to the table to collaborate on innovative solutions to customer needs

  • You’re okay with some chaos. Priorities can shift, new information appears, and you don’t shut down when the plan changes.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup (seed/Series A) where things weren’t all figured out yet.(nice to have)

    Benefits:

    • Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Benefits
    • Unlimited PTO
    • 401k with various investment options
    • BYOD! Work on your own laptop/gear, no need to learn a whole new product!
    • Option to work in office (Elk Grove, CA) OR remotely across the USA
