About the Job:

OnSight Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients while also identifying opportunities to grow our client base. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This is a flexible remote position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients as needed.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel to client sites and company headquarters as needed for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Additional education and/or experience in technical or engineering disciplines is preferred.
  • Additional education and/or experience in utility scale / commercial scale solar is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, project management, and providing an impeccable customer experience supporting technical products/services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 15% travel.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
