Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Manager to develop and nurture strong relationships with our partners. The Partner Manager will be responsible for driving mutual growth by aligning partner strategies with company goals, enabling partners with necessary resources, and managing partner performance. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will achieve quarterly and annual sales targets resulting from these partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners. Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for partner needs within the organization.
Strategic Development:
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set mutual objectives, and drive alignment with company strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track partner performance against agreed metrics, conduct regular reviews, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
Enablement & Support:
- Provide training, resources, and support to partners to ensure their success. Facilitate onboarding processes for new partners.
Market Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to grow the partner network by recruiting new partners and developing strategies to enter new markets or industries.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address and resolve partner-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on partner activities, performance metrics, and contribution to revenue targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align partner initiatives with broader company objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with partners.
- Strategic thinking with a proven ability to develop and execute partner strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Base Salary Ranges:
- Entry-Level (1–3 years of experience): $60,000 – $80,000 per year
- Mid-Level (3–7 years of experience): $80,000 – $120,000 per year
- Senior-Level (7+ years of experience): $120,000 – $160,000+ per year
