We’re looking for a talented Product Designer who will shape the user experience of HuLoop’s intelligent automation platform. This individual will play a crucial role in transforming complex automation workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that empower non-technical users. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, internal stakeholders, and customers to create designs that enhance our no-code platform’s accessibility while maintaining its powerful capabilities.

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation specs.
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our platform while enabling rapid development of new features.
• Conduct user research sessions and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to better understand and address user needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Champion design thinking methodology across the organization and facilitate design workshops.
• Continuously analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve the platform’s user experience.
• Document design decisions and maintain up-to-date design documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design methodology.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
• Understanding of web technologies and design constraints in software development.
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions and present to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
