We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding Professional Services team. If you possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing strategy, have experience in running large-scale programs, and have worked in an agency or on the brand side of influencer marketing, this role is for you.

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager at GRIN, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers continually derive incremental value from our platform. Your responsibilities include managing projects, executing campaigns, and guiding our customers in influencer marketing best practices using the GRIN platform. This role is pivotal in building, managing, and scaling influencer programs, offering the chance to regularly provide expertise that elevates our customers' creator marketing programs.


What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the success of high-profile influencer programs, tailoring strategies to a diverse range of brands.
  • Customer Program Management: Act as the lead strategic advisor for major clients, orchestrating efforts of various team members and internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews with clients, focusing on value recognition and ROI from their investment in GRIN.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with marketing leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Trend Analysis and Strategy Communication: Keep abreast of evolving influencer marketing trends and effectively communicate these strategies to clients, ensuring the continuous evolution of their programs.
  • Client Strategy Optimization: Proactively challenge and guide clients in refining their strategies to better align with their goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to maintain strategic cohesion across departments.
  • Feedback Integration: Utilize customer insights to continuously enhance service offerings.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive project plans that are in sync with client business objectives.
  • Team Development: Mentor team members, fostering their growth in executing effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Customer Experience and Value Delivery: Take ownership of client satisfaction, ensuring the delivery of substantial value through our services.
  • Methodology and Practice Enhancement: Actively contribute to the advancement of GRIN's service delivery methods and industry perspectives.
  • Strategic Liaison: Serve as a key intermediary between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Issue Management: Efficiently manage and escalate issues as needed, maintaining professionalism and urgency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of high-level experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful influencer marketing strategies.
  • Proven Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated experience in effectively building and maintaining relationships with marketing executives and senior leaders. An ability to influence and engage in strategic conversations that drive business objectives.
  • Program Management Proficiency: Experienced in overseeing extensive influencer marketing campaigns for international or global brands.
  • Team Coordination Skills: Adept at leading collaborative efforts across multiple teams and delegating tasks to team members for large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical and Reporting Prowess: Skilled in creating in-depth KPIs and metrics reports.
  • Marketing Metrics Knowledge: A thorough understanding of key performance marketing metrics.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills: Exceptional capability in both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Senior-Level Project/Account Management: Significant experience in high-level project or account management within the marketing domain.

GRIN is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience as it relates to the role.
United States Annual Base Salary Range
$85,000$97,000 USD
