What You Will Own
You are the front end of our commercial engine. Your job is not to book as many meetings as possible. It is to create genuinely qualified opportunities that our Account Executives trust and want.
- Generate high-quality, qualified meetings with senior buyers at target retail and CPG accounts, meetings that our AEs accept as genuinely qualified.
- Run thoughtful, researched outbound into senior stakeholders. This is a research-led, quality game, not a volume game.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects properly, and take early screening calls on fence-sitting responses to work out what is real before it reaches an AE.
- Bring ideas. Test and improve outreach, messaging, and sequences, and share what works with the rest of the team.
- Own your data in Salesforce, keeping records, touches, and next steps accurate and current.
- Work hand in hand with AEs to ensure a smooth handoff and strong opportunity progression.

- Qualified meeting rate, meetings the AE accepts as genuinely qualified.
- Positive response rate, generating real interest, not just replies.
- Consistency of quality output month on month.
- Contribution to higher-value, on-target opportunities.
What You Bring
- Experience: Solid B2B SaaS or technology lead generation experience. You have done this before and you bring best practice with you, not just a willingness to learn.
- Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative, hunts for improvements, and does not wait to be told. You bring energy and raise the standard around you.
- Skill: Genuine skill in qualifying and screening senior prospects, and the confidence to hold a credible conversation with a senior buyer.
- Communication: Strong, confident communication, including comfort with cold outreach and calls.
- Tools: Hands-on with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tooling such as Lemlist.
- Bonus: Experience selling into retail or CPG in the US and Europe is an advantage, though not essential.
