The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across multiple industries including real estate, healthcare, technology, and other data-driven sectors.

This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on:

  • Generating pipeline
  • Closing new business
  • Selling data-led, platform-based solutions

You will work directly with commercial and technical stakeholders to help them understand how to leverage Engage3’s platform and data to improve decision-making and performance.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who is comfortable selling technical, data-driven solutions without relying on heavy technical support.

Position Overview

As a Senior Client Development Director, you are responsible for driving net new sales and achieving your assigned revenue targets.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, while confidently leading both commercial and product-led conversations.

You are expected to operate independently, build pipeline proactively, and contribute to establishing a scalable sales motion across new verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business Growth

  • Achieve 100%+ of your annual sales target
  • Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline against quota
  • Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, prospecting, and industry engagement
  • Identify and close new revenue opportunities across multiple industries

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Lead opportunities from initial outreach through to close
  • Run discovery conversations, solution presentations, and platform demonstrations
  • Manage RFP processes and procurement cycles where required
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close multi-year deals

Sell Data & Platform Solutions

  • Confidently demonstrate Engage3’s platform and explain how it works in a practical, user-focused way
  • Help customers understand how to:
    • use the platform
    • integrate it into their workflows
    • extract value from the data
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes

Cross-Sell Broader Capabilities

  • Identify opportunities to expand into:
    • Competitive intelligence
    • Pricing insights (where applicable)
    • Customer sentiment / review intelligence
  • Work with Customer Journey teams to ensure smooth handoff and long-term value

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner with Customer Journey, Product, and Data teams as needed
  • Ensure clear ownership of roles across sales, delivery, and technical support
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce

Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven success as a quota-carrying Account Executive / Client Development Director
  • Experience selling SaaS, data, analytics, or platform-based solutions
  • Strong track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Experience running demos and explaining product functionality
  • Comfortable managing both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience selling into multiple industries is a plus
