The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help accelerate Engage3’s growth within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations and Retail Media Networks.

This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on generating pipeline and closing new business opportunities.

You will work directly with senior decision-makers at CPG companies to help them leverage pricing intelligence and data to improve commercial performance.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, developing relationships, and closing complex deals.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business Growth

  • Generate and close new revenue opportunities within CPG organizations
  • Develop relationships with key commercial, pricing, category, and insights leaders
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Lead deals from initial outreach through to close
  • Run discovery conversations, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Manage RFP processes and procurement cycles
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close multi-year contracts

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to convert meetings into qualified opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation and Product teams to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy

Develop Market Expertise

  • Build strong knowledge of the CPG ecosystem, pricing strategies, and retail media landscape
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics

Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven success as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Client Development Director
  • Experience selling into CPG companies, shopper marketing organizations, or retail media networks
  • Track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Experience selling data, analytics, or SaaS solutions
  • Comfortable managing 3–12 month enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills

This role is part of the Engage3 Sales Organization and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
