Location: Twin Towers,Tirana,Albania

Join Engage3, a leading retail pricing intelligence company, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and help us fuel growth by generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research target retail accounts using Apollo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Build and run targeted outreach sequences, including cold calls and follow-ups
- Qualify prospects by understanding their pain points and aligning them with Engage3’s solutions
- Book sales appointments and demos for the Sales team
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and opportunity progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Continuously refine and expand the retail prospect list
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years in a sales development or BDR role. preferably outreaching for a Technology company which is desired but not essential.
- Experience targeting Retail in US and Europe is desired, however
not essential.
- Strong communication skills and confidence with cold calling
- You need to be organized, structured and a self-starter.
- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, dialers)
- Ability to work on-site from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow
