Client ETL Data Engineer

We are looking for a data engineer with expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines using sql and python.Your contributions will focus on ensuring data is ingested into the Engage3 system in accordance with internal data standards and utilizing automation platforms like databricks and airflow to ensure data is available and usable for downstream use. You will also leverage your SQL and relational database knowledge to diagnose and resolve data issues.
In addition to your technical contributions, you will work across teams with customer success, operations and development to understand the business needs and relay updates to stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
- Python and SQL Required.
- Data Bricks and Airflow Strongly Recommended.
- Experience in Spark, Postgres, and Snowflake Strongly Preferred. ________________________________________________________________________________________________
The Recipe for Success
■ Ensure the all appropriate client files are loaded on schedule and accurately for all clients in implementation and steady-state across the business.
● Develop custom processes to implement non-standard client files and requests.
● Define best practices that help increase efficiency, minimize cost, and maintain a high level of service for clients and stakeholders.
● Partner with the product development team on initiatives that help to create efficiency in pod processes.
Process optimization. Drive process change and documentation that helps to improve the client experience and increases internal efficiency.
■ Partner cross-departmentally to create efficiencies in the client data load pipeline and to ensure that client data is loaded accurately.
● Provide suggestions and direction on the appropriate use of best practices within tools and programs.
■ Work closely with the implementation team to achieve < 8-week CIM and < 12-week PIM implementations to ensure predictability of CARR to revenue conversion.
■ Key program metrics such as file load timelines and accuracy, issue resolution timelines, change request timelines, etc.
● Track against metrics above.
■ Troubleshoot any callouts that may be received from any North American clients.
● Triage and escalation of any North American client call outs.
