As a Senior Data Scientist for Engage3, you will play a pivotal role in developing and
enhancing our customer segmentation solutions to drive business growth for our
retail clients. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques, statistical models, and
machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Segmentation Analysis: Utilize clustering techniques and
predictive modeling to segment customers based on various attributes such
as demographics, purchasing behavior, and psychographics. Evaluate the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions for different customer
segments. - Predictive Analytics: Build and refine predictive models to anticipate
customer purchasing behavior and lifetime value. Identify cross-selling and
upselling opportunities based on customer segmentation analysis. - Data Visualization and Reporting: Create insightful visualizations and
reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders,
including technical and non-technical audiences. Develop KPIs to monitor
pricing performance and customer segmentation metrics. Present findings to
senior leadership and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions. - Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
needs into data-driven solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing
systems. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for
data processes, methodologies, and analyses. Ensure clear and consistent
communication of data insights for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications - Ph.D. in a quantitative field or 5+ years of industrial experience developing
and integrating analytical tools.

also being an effective team player when collaborating with colleagues. - Adept at learning new tools and expertise in a timely manner when necessary.
