Engage3 is searching for a Business Analyst to join our product linking team. As a Business Analyst, you will review retail product descriptions and match these items to other products in our system.

Who you are: You are starting your career, looking for some experience in the fast pace of a startup environment. You notice details others often miss and are interested in using this skill to impact the retail market. You enjoy delving into detailed projects, but you also speak your mind; when something can be done more efficiently, you notice and speak to the solution.

What you will do:

• Decipher cryptic product descriptions to make appropriate matches between products
• Identify meaningful components and compare/contrast differences between retail products
• Analyze e-commerce assortments
• Contribute to departmental growth by identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Retail experience (preferred)
  

Job Type: Onsite, Full-time with opportunities for growth

Job Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Must be located in Tirana Albania
