Engage3 Powered by Dexi is searching for an Associate to join our Delivery team. As an Associate, you will be trained on a variety of operational tasks within our system to support our Database Management, Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Delivery teams.

Who you are: You are looking for an entry level position that will get you a wide variety of experience performing daily operational tasks. You are detail oriented, with a basic understanding of excel and its functions. Additionally, you thrive working independently and are a fast learner, though you are not afraid to ask questions and gain clarity on projects where needed. You are task and solutions oriented, as well as comfortable working on daily deadlines.

What you will do:

· Generate reports using our proprietary tools, and work collaboratively with the delivery team to meet deadlines

· Perform quality assurance and data cleansing on competitive pricing data sets

· Identify and submit issues with generated reports, in collaboration with, our support team

· Investigate missing and questionable pricing on retailer’s websites

· Generate shops for our internal users

· Create projects within our tools

· Submit feedback on internal tools and processes

Qualifications:

· Basic Excel

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of retail assortment/retail experience (preferred)

· Must be located in Albania
