Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Dispatch, logistics, or operations experience (construction, equipment rental, waste, trucking, or site services preferred)
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Clear and confident phone communication
  
• High attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  

Preferred

• Experience dispatching services across multiple cities or states
  
• Familiarity with dumpsters, roll-off containers, or construction job sites
  
• Experience working with service-level agreements (SLAs)
  

PLEASE NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.
