Requirements

Role Specifics:

Target Customer Size: $10,000 - $100,000 / month

Book of Business Capacity: $3M GMV/$800k Net Rev

Outbound Focus: Medium

Owned Account Types: Full catalog - site, waste, heavy equipment

Activity Levels (Weekly)

· Calls: 75-100

· Emails: 75

· LinkedIn: 30

· In-Person: 2-3

Core Focus: Upper mid-market account management

Key Responsibilities:

· Own $3M GMV/$800k net book

· 75-100 calls & 75 emails/week

· Manage 25-50 accounts

· Full product catalog access

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· 3-5 years sales experience

· Experience with complex, multi-location accounts

· Strong in consultative selling

Primary ICP: Multi-Regional Retail General Contractors & Tenant Build-Out Firms

ICP Characteristics:

· Higher monthly spend potential

· Mix of site services + light/heavy equipment

· Standardized project playbooks

· Opportunity for multi-market expansion
