Who Were Looking For
Our growing team is looking for a skilled customer-focused professional to add to our Client Success Team. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you are a key point of contact responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers.
How Youll Make An Impact
As part of our Client Success Team, youll have responsibility in three key areas: client success strategy and customer satisfaction, client project management and client product delivery.
Client Success Strategy and Customer Satisfaction:
- Develop and foster organizational growth and success by being a CREtelligent product advisor, educating clients about our product and service offerings
- Serve as front line resource for new and existing clients in answering questions, advising of offerings, understanding needs, taking client orders and ensuring full client satisfaction
- Work directly with clients to understand and effectively manage their project scope needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and teammates to effectively manage client orders
- Act as a liaison between the client(s) and internal teams, such as Development, Production, and Environmental Consulting, for support or actions that require collaboration
- Partner with sales to maximize revenue opportunity and the client experience
- Field incoming client calls and emails, responding promptly to take client orders, respond to inquiries, questions, or concerns
- Build and maintain lasting consultative relationships with new and existing customers, building client trust and rapport, ultimately creating a positive and impactful client experience through consistent and detailed communication and responsiveness
- Determine the root cause of customer concerns using problem-solving skills and partnering with internal team to recommend effective solutions
- Use investigative and analytical skills to identify and resolve client concerns, issues, and/or requests in a timely and professional manner
Client Project Management:
- Create, process, and follow up on client proposals and order requests
- Manage client projects through their lifecycle, ensuring the client is updated on any developments, and/or changes
- Educate client on recommendations for Elevated risk reports and partner with Environmental Consulting team for technical explanation of report findings when necessary
- Manage open proposal and project follow-ups
- Work as a client liaison between other CREtelligent teams and serve as an internal advocate for the production team
- Maintain contracts and detailed record of client interactions, queries, and/or feedback in our CRM, Zoho
Client Product Delivery
- Manage order specific documentation necessary to successfully fulfill an order
- Assist Production team with order needs
- Assist Field Operations team to gather specific order needs
- Provide client feedback to Production and Development teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in client services and/or account management roles
- Experience with commercial real estate or environmental due diligence
- Located on West Coast and/or willing to work West Coast (PST) hours
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Comfortable working independently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Adept problem solver
- Deadline driven
- Multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in client services and/or account management roles
- Experience with commercial real estate
- Located on Central Coast and availability to work Central Coast (CST) hours
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
