Who We’re Looking For

CREtelligent is looking to expand our team with a unique rotational opportunity.

We are looking for someone who can pivot and learn by participating within our business units. This individual will experience and spend extensive time within our work environment learning ALTA Land Surveys, Zoning, Property Mapping, Project Management with Client Support, and much more! They will work closely with our Project Management, Zoning and Sales teams to support client relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Project Coordination: Partner and assist teams on survey, zoning, and environmental projects. Learn and understand project scope, timing, in order to oversee coordination and job site visits from start to finish.

  • Quality Assurance: Have strong attention to detail and be able to assist with review of data within projects for quality and progress with ability to suggest corrections or recommendations as needed.

  • Communication: Assist in preparation of communication with clients and subcontractors via phone and email. Having strong phone and email skills is essential

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, offering solutions or redirecting as appropriate. Have the ability to simultaneously operate a variety of computer software and programs.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive records and information.

Qualifications

  • Come with an attitude of adventure and desire to learn and grow your knowledge and know how in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space.

  • 1-2 years in customer service

  • 1-2 years’ experience with data entry and/or in a role requiring great attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong focus on attention to detail and organization

  • Must be self-motivated and take pride in your work

  • Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and effectively communicate in both oral and written format

  • Effective time management and logical decision-making ability

  • Capacity to handle pressure and adhere to project deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple objectives of differing priorities

  • Ability to work with different levels of the organization and be able to adapt to differing communication styles and approaches

  • Ability to adapt to updates in technology and processes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
