Our CRE PropTech solutions and services enable our clients to improve pull-through rates, collapse transaction cycle time, mitigate risk, and improve their customer’s experience throughout the commercial loan underwriting, or due diligence process.

Who We’re Looking For

As VP, Business Development; Lender Services, you will be responsible for the development and signing of profitable new business while maintaining and growing current customers, pricing proposal preparations, and partnering internally to support customer service follow-up after the sale. Business Development team members are on the front lines of hunting new business for CREtelligent. You will drive and achieve sales goals by bringing on new customers and closing deals while building and developing relationships with both existing and new customers within your specific sales territory. This position will be responsible for direct sales to CRE agency lenders.

How You'll Make An Impact:

· Meets or Exceeds Revenue objectives within designated territory.

· New Business Development: Understand the strategic market direction and needs of CRE agency clients and penetrate new customers by selling within multi-layer and often complex financial institutions. Own the opportunity development process and interact

cross-functionally to identify and develop all potential revenue opportunities within the account.

· New Market Opportunity Development: Based on existing CRE relationships and market knowledge, identifies new ways in which business opportunities can be developed using CREtelligent products and services. Utilize developed networks to provide forums for information exchange to uncover new business opportunities.

· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

· Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.

· Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction through a coordinated partnership with Client Success Managers (CSM) to support ongoing communication and relationship management and resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.

· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

· Maintains detailed accounting of sales and pipeline management activities including calls, orders, sales, new opportunities, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems in company’s CRM tool.

· Provides territory sales forecasts, identifying and executing on areas of opportunity to grow the business.

Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000, OTE: $250k+

Qualifications:

· A solid team player who plays for the team, but still wants to be the MVP.

· Self-starter with ability to schedule time effectively.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.

· A proven and sustained track record of accomplishments in strategic selling; energetic, well-rounded sales executive to drive the business forward.

· Excellent verbal and written communications, as well as presentation skills.

· Must demonstrate strong persuasion skills and ability to successfully manage relationships at both operational and executive levels.

· Business acumen and strategic thinking required to develop effective sales strategies.

· Strong organizational and forecasting skills.

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

· Proven track record working with GSE agency lenders to originate CRE loans

· Strong network and existing client relationships

· Experience working in CRE due diligence directly or as part of the due diligence workflow process.

· Experience selling due diligence solutions directly into the lender space

· 5 years+ (outside/inside) sales experience

Physical Requirements:

· Must be flexible and able to travel as required to meet/exceed target attainment.
