Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Demand Generation Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute winning marketing programs and campaigns to generate high-quality leads that quickly convert into qualified prospects for our sales team. You are a seasoned and data-informed marketing leader with a proven track record of success building internal partnerships with a Go-to-Market (GTM) team, effectively moving opportunities through the funnel and showing measurable conversion rates and results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Establish lead generation processes and best practices, including a reporting system for tracking lead generation performance.
  • Build quality campaigns and content targeted at multiple buying personas.
  • Take the lead in all pipeline generating activities to build programs that capture new leads as well as helping move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales to define lead handoffs, lead scoring, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Optimize website and channels to build the CREtelligent audience and capture new names that can be turned into new leads over time. Manage online advertising and SEO.
  • Manage and execute web and trade show events that take CREtelligent out to new audiences.
  • Own email and campaign lists with a relentless focus on how to grow and qualify as true leads for our sales team.
  • Manage and report on campaign and funnel metrics to consistently review and optimize campaign performance.
  • Partner with sales to inform, educate and enable them to turn marketing activities into prospects that buy.
  • Demonstrate a desire to jump into multiple activities as a teammate and partner to help the entire organization deliver on company and team goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in media marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on technology companies.
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate due diligence processes and requirements a plus.
  • Experience managing a demand generation or sales lead generation function a plus.
  • Proven track record of hands-on marketing and demand generation experience successfully delivering results.
  • Experience with turning ideas into programs and demonstrating results through a qualified pipeline.
  • Ownership of multi-touch campaigns that cross between online, events, emails, and webinars, ensuring a comprehensive approach to attracting and engaging potential customers through multiple channels.
  • Fluent in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems with hands on experience (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaborative communication skills. You can take complex ideas and make them simple, powerful and consumable by multiple audiences.
  • Real experience working side by side with sales team to define handoffs, lead scoring, and implement effective sales enablement strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 annually with bonus potential. We conduct annual performance and salary reviews to continue to increase your compensation level as you grow and perform in the role.
